PRO HORSE SESSION --- is designed for the professional horseperson that wants to promote a stallion, breeding program or other horse business. Includes a three hour photo session (approximate, I will stay as long as necessary to get the photos you want), photographs of any number of horses and 20-25 proofs. (Sessions may be shared by owners to help minimize cost, each additional owner add $50, all horses must be in same location) A minimum purchase of ONE 8x10 photo per owner is required. All sessions are done on location at your barn, training facility, show or other pre-determined location. $350.00
STALLION, FARM & BUSINESS ADVERTISEMENT--- You provide an idea or concept of the type of ad you want, the photos you would like included, and the information for the ad. I tthen create a beautiful ad for you to use to promote your business. You can use these ads to promote a stallion, breeding program, business or rider. $30.00/hr.
PERSONAL SESSIONS & SENIOR PICTURES --- I will travel to your home, barn, or show to photograph you, your horse or pet. You're photos may be of your animal with or without you in the photograph, riding or posing with your horse, or an 'at liberty' portrait such as your horse grazing or running in the pasture or your cat playing in the grass. You may share your session with more than one person as a way to share the cost (all must be located at the same location/barn). The cost for adding customers is $50 each. I will stay as long as it takes to complete the photographs. Proofs will be made available to you online, downloadable or as photographs sent via mail. My booking fee is $150 per session. I will stay until you get the photographs you want (usually about 2 hours). Print cost is in addition to the booking fee. The booking fee includes time, travel*, photo preparation, and a minimum of 15-20 proofs (web-based, hard copy or downloadable). There is a minimum purchase of ONE 8x10 photograph required. **A 50% deposit is required to book your session. Deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of session date. Re-scheduling will be done for adverse weather conditions only, at my discretion. A photo CD with your finished photographs may be purchased for $200. The photo CD includes a written release that allows you to make prints of your favorite photographs at the photo lab of your choice. (Photographer retains the rights to all images)
*Locations farther than fifty-miles from Kewanna, IN will be billed at .45 per mile. Out of State customers provide airfare and lodging.
HORSE SHOWS & EVENTS --- As event photographer I will need to be provided with an area to set up my table that is visible, well traveled and also has access to electricity. I will need to be provided with a show bill a minimum of two weeks prior to the show date and a list of exhibitors no later than the date of the show. Show organizers will be provided four photographs of my choice on a Photo CD for media purposes. All images used must be visibly credited to ePHOTOS by Tina. If the show location is more than 50 miles from Kewanna, IN, and it is a multiple day show, show organizers will need to provide camping with electric at no charge for the duration of the show (on show grounds if available, or within 30 miles of show location) Show dates must be reserved a minimum of 30 days in advance.
